Formway Design use Human Dynamo's CNC services to fabricated master patterns or plugs for chair seat moulds.

Original designs in 3D digital file format were supplied and used to create the cutting path. Several cutting bits and CNC router cutting machine passes were required. These complex curve forms are registered then flipped. Enabling milling on all sides of the 3D form.
